Announcements

  • For the first 3 weeks, we will be looking and emersing ourselves in color. The color wheel and the mixing of colors will be our priority as well as different types of medium. Final project will be to create an original color wheel. The example I used in class is a ferriswheel in which each car is a color of the wheel. For an Easter treat, we will color eggs using some of our knowledge on mixing colors.
  • Guest speaker will come and give us a mini lesson on using colors in watercolor. (date TBA)
  • Meet and Greet March 17, 2010 at 4:00--Please be there.
  • Theater try-outs April 2, 2010 for our Spring Play Horton Hears a Who. Crew needed, back drop artists, and actors--there is fun for everyone.
  • Workers still needed to prepare for prom--"Eve in New Orleans".
